Our diverse vegetable, herb and fruit gardens have been cultivated organically, grown around our core ethos of producing and supplying sustainable and nutrient-dense foods that promote better health and wellbeing. Our main principles are health, ecology, fairness and care. These principles apply to the environment in which the food is grown and those that consume the food.
